Capital Delivery

MAG is undergoing a transformation and significant growth – and we have no plans to slow down. It’s why we’re recruiting for a talented graduate to help support our mission to be the world’s most intelligent airports.

Your role will be to support the safe and successful delivery of Capital Delivery Projects across our airport portfolio, developing projects from initial exploration through to final handover. You’ll need exceptional organisational and leadership skills, and proven business acumen, enabling you to build and present business cases to promote positive changes in the way we work.

Data

With a number of significant growth programmes already underway, we’re radically transforming our technology landscape, and need a passionate and commercially astute graduate to join MAG.

You’ll need to be a critical and creative thinker to identify business intelligence requirements and see how complex data can be used to drive business performance, as well as an understanding of data governance, data security, and delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Dev Ops

With huge ambitions for our airports at MAG, we’re undergoing a radical transformation of our technology landscape, and looking to recruit a creative and resourceful DevOps Graduate Engineer who shares our drive for success.

At its core, the DevOps function will support revenue growth and improved operations of our three airports; you’ll learn, maintain, upgrade and manage our software and various environments, following a fail-fast, fix-forward approach to software development that will deliver quick-to-market solutions.

Finance

Jump into the complexities of financial teams during our graduate scheme as a motivated and passionate member of the team. Build partnerships between finance and operation, be proactive in finding solutions, and help drive our business forward.

You’ll be an excellent communicator with great analytical skills and business knowledge, from financial regulations to operational awareness. You’ll nurture relationships with our stakeholders, as well as share ideas, learnings and best practices in a collaborative environment. Ensuring that our business partnerships remain strong is at the core of this scheme, calling for all your best qualities such as personality, flair, and intellect.

Strategic Planning

At MAG, we dream big and aim for the skies. As part of our ambitions to become the world’s most intelligent airports, we need to recruit a focused, driven and ambitious graduate to be a part of the Group’s Planning Services.

Your role will be to assist senior planning professionals to secure supportive national, regional and local planning and transport policy frameworks for our three airports. You’ll need an eye for detail; the ability to analyse and interpret complex data and evidence, mitigate and manage risks, and deliver comprehensive reports, strategies and masterplans to help MAG reach its goals.

You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator and a skilled collaborator, working closely with and presenting ideas and information to internal and external stakeholders. Join MAG and take the first step in your journey to success.
