Your feedback

When it comes to complaints, we carry out thorough investigations using systems which provide accurate timings and data (including scanned boarding cards and CCTV footage).

If we need to carry out an investigation into your feedback, we’ll ask you to provide passenger names, travel dates, as well as flight and booking reference numbers.

Our customer contact centre is receiving higher than normal volumes, with current response times taking up to 30 days.
