We’re sorry, Security FastTrack bookings cannot be changed and are non-refundable.

After dropping your luggage off at check-in, head over to Security and follow the signs for the dedicated FastTrack lane. If you’ve checked in online and don’t need to put any baggage in the hold, please make your way to security.

You’ll need to show a printed copy of your FastTrack security lane booking confirmation or a screenshot saved on your phone for scanning. You’ll also need your boarding pass.

You’ll need to be over 18 years of age to book. The FastTrack lane is not suitable for passengers carrying car seats, prams and pushchairs.

Security FastTrack is available for Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and prices start from £5.50 per person. It offers access to the dedicated express lane with the flexibility to turn up any time up to three hours before your scheduled departure time. Security FastTrack is available from 03:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs and you can book up to a year ahead.

TimeSlot is available at Terminal 3. This service is free (although charges may apply during peak times) and can be booked up to seven days ahead. Time slots are scheduled around your flight departure time and are subject to availability. Your pre-booked time allows you to breeze through the express lane for a smoother experience at security. Your TimeSlot QR code will be scanned to give you access to the designated security lane at the time you have booked (although we allow for a grace period of up to 15 minutes either side of your booking time). A limited number of Time slots will be available to book between 10:30 to 15:30.
