INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to FastTrack, FastTrack Plus and TimeSlot bookings made on the official Manchester Airport website, the official Stansted Airport website and the official East Midlands International Airport website (the ‘Website(s)’).
When booking a service on any of the Websites you will be contracting with either:
i) Manchester Airport Plc (“MAN”);
ii) East Midlands International Airport Limited (“EMAL”); or
iii) Stansted Airport Limited (“STAL”).
Who you contract with will depend on the location of the Services you are booking and the Website you are booking on. The date of the contract is the date of confirmation of the booking by email.
On the date of these Terms, FastTrack Plus is only available at Stansted Airport, and TimeSlot is only available at Terminal 3 of Manchester Airport.
The official Manchester Airport website is owned by MAN (Company number: 01960988) which is incorporated in England. The registered office is Level 5 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, M60 2LA.
The official Stansted Airport website is owned by STAL (Company number: 1990920) which is incorporated in England. The registered office is Enterprise House, Bassingbourne Road, Essex, United Kingdom, CM24 1QW.
The official East Midlands International Airport website is owned by EMAL (Company number: 02078271) which is incorporated in England. The registered office is Pathfinder House, Castle Donnington Derby, East Midlands, DE74 2SA.
MAN, STAL and EMAL are subsidiaries of MAG Airport Limited (MAG) (Company number: 11748654). The registered office is 6th Floor, Olympic House, Manchester Airport, Manchester, United Kingdom, M90 1QX. MAG’s VAT registration number is GB 707 7228 31. The Civil Aviation Authority is our sectoral regulator.
Throughout these Terms all references to ‘the Airport’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ will be references to MAN, EMA, or STN depending on the location of the service you are booking and all references to ‘you’ or ‘your’ will be references to the person booking the service unless stated otherwise.
Please read these Terms through carefully, by booking any of the Services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and will be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all bookings for Services made either:
i. via the Websites,
ii. via the Manchester Airports Group Customer Contact Centre, or
iii. via our sales agents authorised to sell the Services on behalf of MAG (you will be provided with a copy of these terms when you order with our sales agents).
1. Contact Us
1.1 Although we attempt to provide our customers with a satisfactory service should you have any complaints, please use our online feedback process based on the Airport in which your FastTrack booking was made, as follows:

2. Your Booking
2.1 Bookings can be made by persons aged 18 years or over. The cardholder’s permission must be granted if under the age of 18.
2.2 You must not resell or transfer any booking (in whole or in part).
2.3 Each booking is valid for a single passage through the FastTrack security lane, FastTrack Plus and /or TimeSlot security lane (as applicable) for the date and time you have booked.
2.4 All bookings are subject to availability and the Airport reserves the right to withdraw availability or amend the specification of a Service at its entire discretion.
3. FastTrack and FastTrack Plus
3.1 To book the Services you will need to complete the online booking process or call our Customer Contact Centre on the free phone numbers stated at paragraph 1.8.
3.2 As part of the booking process you will need to submit the following details:
i. the date and time that you wish to use the Service;
ii. the Terminal you are departing from; and
iii. the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
3.3. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the booking process. You will then be asked to submit your payment information and confirm your order.
3.4 Please note, FastTrack and FastTrack Plus bookings must be made at least 1 hour prior to your arrival time at the Airport.
4. TimeSlot
4.1 To book the Service you will need to complete the online booking process.
4.2 As part of the booking process, you will need to submit the following details:
i. the date and destination for which you wish to use the Service;
ii. your flight details; and
iii. the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
4.3 Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the booking process. You will then be asked to submit your payment information and confirm your order.
4.4 Please note, for TimeSlot, bookings must be made at least 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time at the relevant Airport.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 Payment must be made in advance and online. Payment may be made using one of the payment methods set out on the Website. We reserve the right not to fulfil your booking if your card is declined for any reason, if the payment card has been used fraudulently or without the cardholder's permission, or if you are under the age of 18.
5.2 When you have completed your booking, having provided all the necessary details, we will send you email confirmation of your booking. You are responsible for supplying a valid email address and we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to transmission failure or incorrect address details provided by you.
5.3 The price you pay is the price presented and confirmed to you during the booking process. All prices are in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax and all applicable taxes.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 FastTrack, FastTrack Plus and Timeslot bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellation but can be amended subject to availability. No refund will be given for any tickets purchased for the Services which are left un-used.
6.2 At the date of these terms TimeSlot is not available to be booked as part of a Car park or Lounge booking. Where you have booked FastTrack security lane and/or FastTrack Plus as part of a Car park or Lounge booking and you wish to cancel the booked Service, you will be required to cancel your whole booking in accordance with the Lounge or Car Park Terms and Conditions. Such cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6.3 Where you cancel a booking in accordance with clause 6.2, an administration charge may be levied and deducted from the refunded amount, unless Cancellation Protection insurance has been purchased. Cancellation Protection Insurance is charged at the price advertised when you book your car parking and is non-refundable.
6.4 Customers who include the Cancellation Protection insurance within their booking will not incur an administration charge and will be eligible for a full refund of their original booking only (not including any additional fees incurred), should they need to cancel their booking at least the permitted period prior to the car park or lounge arrival time and date.
6.5 If you booked with one of our Sales Agents please get in touch with them directly in relation to any cancellations or amendments. In the event of any problems, you may phone our Customer Contact Centre on the free phone numbers stated at paragraph 1.2 above.
6.6 We reserve the right to cancel the contract if prevented from supplying the Services for any reason. We will attempt to provide as much notice as is possible. Where this is not possible we will cancel the contract, and will refund the payment received in respect of the booking to the credit/debit card used for payment but will not be responsible for any other costs which you may incur as a result. Your remedy for any breach of contract by us is restricted to the remedies set out in these Terms and excludes all common law and other remedies.
7. Liability
7.1 We do not accept liability for any failure by us to perform our obligations due to an event beyond our reasonable control. A non-exhaustive list of such events includes war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist threats or activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, government regulations, crown instruction, closure or congestion of airports, and/or cancellation or changes of schedules by airlines.
7.2 We only take bookings for the Services for private use. You agree not to use any booking for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
7.3 We shall not be responsible for any passengers who miss their flight because they did not allow enough time to go through the check-in and security process.
7.4 We are only supplying you with the Services under the contract and will not be responsible for any costs, compensation costs or expenses relating to any flights or other services that you may have arranged. You are responsible for ensuring that you allow sufficient time for car parking, transfer to terminal, airport procedures (including but not limited to checking–in and security) and any subsequent flight/travel arrangements.
7.5 The Airport, its servants or agents do not accept liability for: (a) any indirect or consequential loss; or (b) loss of enjoyment, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of earnings.
7.6 We will act with reasonable skill and care when providing the Services. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits our liability in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or in the case of fraud.
8. Other Conditions of Use
8.1 Please print your booking confirmation prior to arrival at the Airport or have the confirmation email for the Services available on a mobile device upon arrival.
8.2 At Stansted Airport and East Midlands Airport please present your boarding card and confirmation to a member of staff at the security access gate to gain entry to the security lane.
8.3 At Manchester Airport please scan your barcode or QR code at the security access gate or present the confirmation to a member of staff at the security access gate. At our discretion, you may need to scan your boarding card in order to gain access to the security lane.
8.4 For FastTrack Plus bookings, please scan your barcode at the screen to access the FastTrack Plus lane.
8.5 The security lanes for the Services permit you entry to a separate channel into the security screening area where You are subject to the same rigorous security checks that all passengers must undertake. The same restrictions apply to items prohibited in your hand luggage and on the size and type of liquids you are allowed to carry.
8.6 The Airport does not guarantee availability of the Services nor a maximum or minimum queue length or time, or that the Services queue times will be less than the standard lanes. We therefore recommend that you allow enough time for the standard security and x-ray screening.
8.7 Use of the Services does not guarantee entry to the departure lounge. All applicable security procedures, rules and regulations apply to their full extent and such access will be governed strictly in accordance therewith.
8.8 Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to provide FastTrack or FastTrack Plus to customers travelling with child transport accessories (including pushchairs, prams and car seats). All customers travelling with child transport accessories will be directed to the Assistance Lanes for all departing customers.
8.9 The Airport and its servants and agents reserve the right to refuse admittance to any security lane.
8.10 All personal data that is collected as part of the booking process is used in accordance with the privacy policy.
9. General
9.1 No waiver by us of any breach of the Terms shall prevent subsequent enforcement by us nor be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach.
9.2 In the event that any condition(s) of these Terms is declared void, ineffective or unenforceable by any competent court, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect as if such void, ineffective or unenforceable condition(s) had not been included.
9.3 No third party shall have any rights to rely on or enforce this contract under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
9.4 The Terms along with all other relevant terms and conditions that are referred to in these Terms and any other terms referred throughout the booking process (including those available online from third party operators and our sales agents) constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the us and you in relation to your booking of the Services.
9.5 We reserve the right to make amendments to these Terms from time to time. Up to date versions of the Terms will be made available as soon as practicable on the Website.
9.6 The laws of England and Wales govern this contract and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
