Terminal Moves

The check-in desks in Terminal 2 are located on the upper level of the Terminal​.

We would advise passengers to consult with their airline for check-in times for your flight as times may vary​.

If you have already booked Meet & Greet or Multi Storey car parking at Manchester Airport, please confirm to us by clicking here and supplying your booking reference, flight number and travel dates. Manchester Airport will use this information to make sure you're situated in the most convenient car park for Terminal 2 at no extra charge.​​

Those who have booked through a third party should contact their booking agent.​​

If you have booked a lounge directly with Manchester Airport but your flight will now depart from Terminal 2, please confirm to us by clicking here and supplying your booking reference, flight number and travel dates. Manchester Airport will transfer your booking to a Terminal 2 lounge (subject to availability). If Manchester Airport are unable to transfer your booking due to availability, a full refund will be provided. ​

Those who have booked a lounge through a third party should contact their booking agent.​

In instances where customers find themselves returning to a different Terminal from which they departed and have a vehicle in one of Manchester Airport’s car parks, we will have signage in place to guide passengers back to their departure terminal. ​

As guidance Terminal 2 is approximately a 15 to 20 minute walk.

If you have already booked FastTrack in Terminal 1 or 3, you will be able to use this in Terminal 2.

For customers that have booked special Assisted Travel, please head to the assistance reception point in Terminals 2. The ABM staff will have your details and will be on hand to assist you through the terminal.​

Assistance reception points are located by the dedicated drop-off point on the forecourt. Please use the intercom to speak to a member of staff and somebody will assist you. Alternatively, you can make your own way to the Terminal, where the assistance reception desk is located at the far end of the terminal building.
