Whether your luggage hasn't arrived on the carousel, or you've lost something in the terminal, here's what to do.

What to do if you've lost something

The Manchester Airport Lost Property service for items lost in the terminal is provided by Excess Baggage.

For any lost property enquiry please complete the online form using the link below and you will be contacted if there is a match on the lost property database.

Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for items of lost property to be processed, depending on where and when the item was lost.

You may be asked questions to establish your identity and ownership of the item and there will be a charge for the service.
