Proceed through security and then head through Duty Free. The lounge is located on the mezzanine level, follow signs for ‘Escape Lounge’.

Escape Lounge welcomes passengers from any airline and any ticket class.

Groups larger than 8 are not permitted in the Escape Lounge, whether booked together or separately.

DragonPass and Priority Pass card holders

Pre-booking for DragonPass and Priority Pass card holders

DragonPass and Priority Pass cardholders can now pre-book their space within our lounges. Guarantee your seat in our Escape Lounge at Manchester Airport by reserving your space via our dedicated DragonPass or Priority Pass booking portal.*

It is important to remember that you will need your DragonPass or Priority Pass card to enter the lounges. If you fail to arrive at the Escape Lounge within 2 hours of your pre-booked time, we reserve the right to free your seat.

*There is a fee for cardholders reserving the lounge. Reservations are not subject to a 'last seat availability guarantee'.

FAQs

How to access the lounge

Escape Lounges are open to all travellers, regardless of airline or ticket class.

You can turn up at the lounge on the day and pay at the door to enter.

Secure your spot in our lounge at your preferred time by pre-booking at least 24 hours in advance.

Which passes are accepted?

We accept several membership cards, including DragonPass, Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Lounge Club, Diners Club, Lounge Me and TAV Passport.

Cardholders are eligible to access the facility with up to three guests. For details regarding any applicable entry fees for all parties, contact your card provider.

Access for all cardholders is subject to availability. Kindly present your card at the reception desk upon arrival to secure entry.

Are children permitted in the lounge?

Children are allowed entry into Escape Lounges. Those aged 35 months and under receive free entry.

How can I book a group of more than 8 people?

In our Terminal 2 Escape Lounge, from May to October, we cannot accommodate bookings for groups of more than 8 people. For availability during other times of the year, please reach out to Escape Lounges for further details.

In our Terminal 3 Escape Lounge, the limit for group bookings is 8 during the same period.

Why is the lounge not available despite booking well in advance?

Terminal 2 lounges are in high demand, especially during peak times, often limiting availability despite booking.

To ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable experience, certain pre-booking options will only open approximately three months before departure.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code?

The dress code in Escape Lounges is smart casual.

We do not allow certain items, including: (but not limited to) football/rugby tops or Sports team shirts/shorts, clothing with slogans or motifs that may offend, fancy dress including sashes/headwear/matching items, or clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs. Hair rollers or pin curls must be covered with a head scarf.

We reserve the right to refuse entry, without refund, to anyone wearing clothing we deem to be unsuitable.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, and sales are final. Please note that our Escape Lounges are now completely cashless, and payments can only be made using a physical card.

What is included in the price?

Your visit to our Escape Lounges includes complimentary access to a range of premium facilities, as well as food and drinks.

Food and beverages

Escape Lounges offers a variety of complimentary freshly made dishes from our chef-curated menu. Menus vary at every location as they are prepared by local chefs with the local community’s taste in mind.

Complimentary refreshments include coffee and tea, soft drinks, wine, beer and spirits. You can also purchase premium alcoholic beverages for an additional cost.

How long can I stay in the lounge?

Guests will have access to the lounge 3 hours before their scheduled flight departure time.
