How to access the lounge

You can pre-book your visit to Escape Lounges in Manchester Airport Terminal 2, or you can turn up on the day and pay at the door to enter.

We recommend that you secure your spot in the lounge at your preferred time by pre-booking at least 24 hours in advance.

We welcome all guests, regardless of airline or ticket class.

Which passes are accepted?

Escape Lounges in Manchester Airport Terminal 2 accept several membership cards, including DragonPass, Priority Pass  and Lounge Key.

Access for all cardholders is subject to availability, and you must present your card at the reception desk to secure entry.

DragonPass and Priority Pass cardholders can now guarantee their seat by pre-booking through our dedicated DragonPass or Priority Pass booking portals.

Are children permitted in the lounge?

Children are allowed into Escape Lounges at Manchester Airport Terminal 2. Children under 3 can enter for free.

How can I book a group of more than 8 people?

At Escape Lounges in Manchester Airport Terminal 2, we cannot accommodate bookings for groups of more than 8 people from May to October. For availability during other times of the year, please reach out to Escape Lounges for further details. 

Why is the lounge not available despite booking well in advance?

Terminal 2 lounges are in high demand, especially during peak times, often limiting availability despite booking.

To ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable experience, certain pre-booking options will only open approximately three months before departure.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is the dress code?

In Escape Lounges, all guests must wear appropriate attire. Clothing that may offend is not permitted, including clothing with offensive slogans or motifs, matching attire (such as hen or stag items) and fancy dress. Footwear must be worn at all times.
 
Lounge managers and staff reserve the right to refuse entry, without refund, to anyone wearing clothing deemed to be unsuitable.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Escape Lounges is now cashless, but we accept all major credit cards. All sales are final.

What is included in the price?

Your visit to our Escape Lounges at Manchester Airport Terminal 2 includes complimentary access to a range of premium facilities, including unlimited ultra-fast private WiFi.
 
Escape Lounges also offer a variety of complimentary freshly made dishes from our chef-curated menu. Complimentary refreshments include coffee and tea, soft drinks, wine, beer and spirits.

How long can I stay in the lounge?

Guests will have access to the lounge 3 hours before their scheduled flight departure time, but must remember to leave plenty of time to reach their gate.
