Extremely chilled atmosphere, the staff are amazing and the service has been fantastic. Nadya, the chef was fabulous and extremely helpful and considerate. I have coeliac disease and she looked out for me. The host, kamila, made me feel extremely welcome and safe. Thank you so much.

Travelling on your own is a potentially anxious experience. This evaporated when I was welcomed into the lounge. The warm, organic conversation, attentive service and kind reception at every request was exceptional. I could not have asked for a better experience. A big thank you to Sam, Katherine and Kamiloa for making me feel so welcome and relaxed before my travel. Definitely something I will do again. Moreover the food and drink were fantastic!

I was travelling alone back to the US and with time to spare visited this lounge. And it is undoubtedly the nicest first class lounge I've experienced. The food was certainly worthy of the high star rating, presented beautifully, and was tasty and delicious. The lounge itself is modern, with multiple seating areas and kept extremely clean by the staff who were continually monitoring the lounge and food areas.
