When’s the best time to book airport parking for business travellers?

For the best price and to guarantee availability, we’d suggest booking as early as you can. Prices are usually lower the earlier you book - search for parking.

Are there any discounts available on parking for business travellers?

There’s no fixed discount available. However, you can access regular offers and promotions by signing up to our CRM, so we recommend registering to stay updated on the latest deals.

Is there free cancellation on parking bookings?

Yes, free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before your booked arrival time. For added flexibility, you can purchase cancellation protection when booking, which allows you to cancel up to 1 hour before your entry time.

Can I download a VAT receipt for my airport parking?

Yes, you can download a VAT receipt via your booking confirmation email or through the “Manage My Booking” section. If you haven’t received your email, you can easily have it resent using your vehicle registration or booking reference.

I didn’t receive my booking email. Will the barrier still let me in?

Yes, you can still enter and exit the car park without your booking email. Manchester Airport uses number plate recognition (ANPR), so as long as your vehicle registration is correct, the barrier will recognise your booking automatically.

What if my flight lands early or late?

If your flight lands earlier or later than planned, don’t worry. All official Manchester Airport car parks include a built-in grace period, allowing entry up to 4 hours early and exit up to 6 hours late.

Why can’t I book Multi Storey parking for longer stays? 

Multi Storey car parks have maximum stay limits, so they may not be suitable for longer trips. For longer stays, JetParks or Meet & Greet parking is usually the better option.

Mid Stay parking is another good choice, with a short walk to the terminal and the option to keep your keys, although walking times are slightly longer.
