T2 Coach drop off and pick up 

Yellow bus stops on Palma Avenue at Terminal 2 are to be used for all coach drop off and pick ups. There will be no access to the controlled areas within the barriered lane. You must not pick up customers in the road system which will be enforced with a Traffic Regulation Order and will be monitored by the police. 

Please be advised that T2 Bus Stop H is no longer in use for coach pickup .

Palma Avenue yellow bus stops are highlighted below. 

T3 coach drop off and pick up 

Terminal 3 coach drop off and pick up requires a permit of £25 per visit. 

Please use AIRDAT online system to purchase a permit for entry into the T3 controlled lane to access bus stop C. 

Please note that bus stop C at Terminal 3 only has the capacity for 2 large vehicles. If all spaces are occupied, you may be asked to leave and return. 

T3 Bus Stop C is highlighted in yellow below. 

Prices 

• Minibuses up to 16 seats can use the over-height parking facilities to pick up at Terminal 2 and 3. Relevant charges apply. 

• Coaches above 16 seats will be required to purchase a permit for £25 to access T3 bus stop C. 

• There are no charges for using T2 Palma Avenue yellow bus stops.
