From 28 April 2022, Jet2.com operations are split between Terminal 1 & Terminal 2.

Jet2.com flights to and from the following destinations will operate from Terminal 1:

  • Bulgaria

  • France

  • Greece

  • Italy

  • Jersey

  • Madeira

Jet2.com flights to and from the following destinations will operate from Terminal 2:

  • Austria

  • Croatia

  • Cyprus

  • Czech Republic

  • Germany

  • Hungary

  • Iceland

  • Malta

  • Montenegro

  • Poland

  • Portugal

  • Spain

  • Switzerland

  • Turkey

Twilight check-in will operate from 16:30-21:00.

Frequently Asked Questions

From 28 April 2022, all Jet2.com flights to and from Bulgaria, France, Greece, Italy, Jersey and Madeira, will operate from Terminal 1 (T1).

All Jet2.com flights to and from Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Malta, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey will remain in Terminal 2 (T2).

The Jet2.com check-in desks in Terminal 1 are located on the ground level of the Terminal.

The check-in desks in Terminal 2 are located on the upper level of the Terminal​.

We would advise passengers to consult with their airline for check-in times for your flight as times vary.

If you have already booked Meet & Greet or Multi Storey car parking at Manchester Airport, please confirm to us by clicking this link and supplying us with your booking reference, flight number and travel dates. We'll use this information to make sure you're situated in the most convenient car park for Terminal 1 at no extra charge.

*please note that Jet Parks and Drop & Go products will not be affected by these changes.

If you have booked a lounge directly with Manchester Airport but your flight will now depart from Terminal 1, please visit the Manage My Booking area of our website to cancel your existing booking and rebook a Terminal 1 lounge.

Those who have booked a lounge through a third party should contact their booking agent.

In instances where people find themselves returning to a different Terminal from which they departed and have a vehicle in one of Manchester Airport’s car parks, we will have signage in place to guide passengers back to their departure terminal.

For customers that have booked special assistance, please head to the special assistance reception point in Terminals 1. The ABM staff will have your details and will be on hand to assist you through the terminal.

Special assistance reception points are located by the dedicated drop-off point on the forecourt. Please use the intercom to speak to a member of staff and somebody will assist you. Alternatively, you can make your own way to the Terminal, where the special assistance reception desk is located at the far end of the terminal building.
