Whether it be Driver Training or Security Training we have a dedicated team who are instrumental in giving our teams the skills they need to be the best they can from day one!
If you join our security teams you will complete a 4-week in-depth training course, equipping you with the knowledge and skills you need to carry out your duties. With a mixture of classroom and practical based training, there is a lot to learn but you’ll be ready to hit the ground running once out in the operation.
For Security Ambassadors, we conduct a 4-day training course, focussing on Customer Service and operating in a high-performance team. Being one of the first people our guests may meet at the airport, it’s important that our teams understand the impact they have on the guest experience.
For those looking to join one of our Landside teams, you will get to know the airport site and all of the car parks like the back of your hand. We also have a tailored Stepping Stones programme for the Meet & Greet and Customer Transport Teams for individuals ready to take on a new challenge and develop the skills required to become our next frontline managers.
