Passenger Drop-off

Passengers with a valid Blue Badge can access the Drop-off Zone free of charge for drop-off only. To use this service, the travelling passenger must produce their Blue Badge to the traffic marshals when entering the area.

A help point is available at the free drop-off location within JetParks 1 for passengers wishing to use the free drop-off and who need assistance, or for those who do not have a Blue Badge and would like to drop off free of charge. Our assistance providers will meet passengers who have pre-booked assistance at the forecourt upon arrival.

Passenger Pick-up

Please note that the pick-up process varies by terminal. Below are the designated pick-up areas for each terminal:

Terminal 1:

Customers should use the Pick Up Zone in T1 Short Stay Car Park.

Terminal 2:

Customers should use the Express Pick Up Zone. Please note that there is a 15-minute time limit, and vehicles must not be left unattended. If you need more than 15 minutes or need to enter the terminal building, please use the Short Stay area on Levels 1, 2, or 3.

Terminal 3:

Pick-up is available in the designated bays within the Pick Up Zone of the Multi Storey car park.

Payments cannot be made using cash or cheque. Additionally, no payment for our drop-off and pick-up areas can be made upon exiting, as there are no payment barriers in these areas. If payment is not received by midnight the following day, a £100.00 Parking Charge Notice will be issued, which will be reduced to £60.00 if paid within 14 days.

Payment must be made by midnight the day after your visit to avoid a Parking Charge being sent to the registered vehicle holder.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure there is a valid payment method on your account before using a drop-off or pick-up area.

If you do not pre-register or pay as a guest before midnight the next day, a Parking Charge will be sent to the registered vehicle holder.

No, payment can only be made after you have visited a drop-off or pick-up area at Manchester Airport. To avoid a parking charge, payment must be made by midnight the day after your visit. Non-payment will result in a £100 Parking Charge, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. If you wish to appeal a Parking Charge Notice you have received, please visit the APCOA website.
