Work Experience

March 2022 update:
The Covid-19 pandemic had a profound effect for everyone, and particularly for the aviation, travel and tourism sector.

With that in mind, we have taken the difficult decision to pause our Work Experience Programme for the time being.
We plan to launch a brand new Work Experience Programme in September 2022 to our local schools and colleges. We will update this web page with details as soon as they are available.

We would love to hear from you if you are interested in doing work experience at Manchester Airport. You can apply if you meant the below criteria. 

Criteria 

• You go to a school near by (approx 3 miles radius)

• You have a direct relative (mum or dad) who works for Manchester Airport plc

Things that will help

• You write a covering note explaining what your career ambitions are, and how you see experience in the Airport helping you.

• You present a neatly completed application form

• Give plenty of notice
