The safety of our valued colleagues, guests and the wider community is of utmost importance to us. Over recent weeks, we’ve been carefully monitoring government advice and taking every precaution possible to ensure PremiAir remains a safe environment for our guests to travel through.
Due to the ongoing situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’ve made the decision to temporarily close PremiAir. We apologise for any inconvenience caused for our guests - we will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow advice from the government. If you already have a booking with us between now and September, please be assured that you will be issued with a full refund shortly. For guests with bookings from October onward, we are currently planning to be open and able to welcome you to PremiAir, however, we will continue to follow government advice and be in touch with you should this change.
I’d like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of you for your continued support since the terminal opened. It’s been fantastic to see how much our guests have enjoyed using our services, and I can’t thank our incredible team enough for always going the extra mile.
We’re sad to be closing our doors for now, but myself and the team look forward to welcoming you back to PremiAir, hopefully in the not so distant future!
