The Manchester Airport community infringement fund has invested in a driver and pilot situational awareness tool to aid knowledge and understanding of the airfield and its layout.

Manchester Airport has photographed and mapped the entire airfield and this tool allows drivers and pilots to navigate the airfield from the comfort of your computer, phone or tablet.

Step 1: Log into k-matic system using url link and login credentials

Step 2: Once the map is loaded, click on any part of the aerodrome in ‘dark blue’

Step 3: A navigation box will appear. Click on ‘show pano image’

Step 4: Navigate the airfield using the coloured dots
