easyJet's Fearless Flying course
easyJet are offering a Fear of Flying course on 28 March, featuring Lawrence Leyton from Channel 4's Fear of Flying programme.
The course has two sessions - an evening event during which all the elements of flight are explained by an easyJet Captain and Lawrence teaching a series of techniques to help participants manage, then conquer their Fear of Flying. The following day, there's an Experience Flight - a one hour flight from Manchester (and back to Manchester) accompanied by all the Fearless Flyer team during which you'll be able to take all the information from the previous day and put it into practice. The course - including the Experience Flight - costs £189 and you can take a companion with you on the Experience Flight for £69.

Virgin Atlantic Flying without Fear
The acclaimed Virgin Atlantic Flying without Fear course has helped thousands of people conquer their phobia. Catering for people who are too frightened to get on board as well as those who dislike flying, it’s also there for would-be passengers who just want to know more about how an aircraft works, meet the pilots and ask questions.
The full day course includes meals, coffee breaks, a relaxation CD and a real flight. At the end of the day, everyone who successfully completes the programme will receive a certificate of achievement signed by Richard Branson. Free membership of the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and 2,000 bonus miles is also included.

Aviatours Fly without Fear
in Conjunction with British Airways
Aviatours can help you fly more comfortably with Fly without Fear courses run in partnership with British Airways.
The course features a morning session in which a British Airways pilot gives a detailed presentation, followed by lunch. The afternoon session covers the psychological aspects of aerophobia, concluding with a flight on a British Airways aircraft. With cabin crew and psychologists on hand, the pilot provides a running commentary from the flight deck, explaining the different phases of the flight.
