How does Multi Storey parking work?

It’s quick and easy to book and park at a multi-storey car park. Just follow 4 simple steps:

  1. Book in advance: To guarantee your spot, pre-book your multi-storey parking space.
  2. Park up: On the day, just drive up and our Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system will recognise your vehicle’s number plate and open the barrier if there is one.* Find a space, park up, and lock your vehicle.
  3. Walk to your terminal; no shuttle bus needed. We’ll make sure your multi-storey car park is close to your terminal, so once you’ve parked, you can walk to check-in.
  4. When you return: Find your vehicle right where you left it. The ANPR system will recognise your number plate and open the barrier if there is one so you can drive away.

*Please note: T2 West Multi Storey - P3 is barrierless. Read more on our barrierless information page.
