Extranet Security Measures
Apply for Login
Access to the Extranet is by
invitation only. You will need to contact your relevant MAG business area
if you require access to their Extranet area and they will issue you an Access
Code (if appropriate).
Unable to activate my account (first time only)
If you
are unable to access your account for the first time you will need to contact
your relevant MAG business area to request resending the account approval
email.
Lost Your Password?
Click the forgotten your password
link on the registration page. Your password will be automatically sent
to your email address.
I can't register with an existing email account?
You
can’t register a second time with the same email account whilst the other
account is active.
How do I reactivate my account?
You must login with
your account and password. On submitting your login request you will be
informed the account is deactivated and an email will be sent to your
registered email address with an activation link.
What happens if my email account changes?
You will need
to register with your new email address (as you will be unable to update you
existing accounts with your new email address). Please use the feedback form to
let the business area you use know that your old account is no longer in use
due to change in email address.
What happens if I have 2 or more access codes to register with?
You can only register with one access code. Select an access code
for registration. You will then need to wait until your account has been
approved. Once you have logged in to the Extranet use the "Update Profile" to
request access to your other access code(s), submitting one access code at a
time.
