Once you have checked-in you will go through security and then be able to relax in the terminal 2 departure hall.

At the arrivals hall in Terminal 2 there are a few shops and services such as WHSmith, Spa and places to eat and drink or just grab a coffee whilst waiting to collect someone.
Biometric passport
If you have a new biometric passport, instead of queuing to go through passport control you can make your journey easier by use one of the ePassport gates - simply follow the instructions at the gate. Please note, you must be over 18 to use these gates and if you are travelling with children you will need to use the regular manned immigration desks.
