All offers apply to selected new bookings only, depending on availability. Offers cannot be combined and Travelcare reserves the right to withdraw/amend the offers at any time. A summer holiday starts between 1st May and 31st October. A winter holiday starts between 1st November and 30th April. You must pay the balance at least 12 weeks before your departure date. If you do not meet any of the above conditions, you lose the right to our offers. We will charge 2% on all credit card bookings. There is no charge for bookings made by Delta or Switch. Once we have authorisation from your card issuer, we will process and send you details of your confirmed booking. We recommend that you read the booking conditions in the relevant tour operator's brochure. The conditions in the brochure also apply to late or last-minute bookings. Our phone lines are open seven days a week and most evenings until 9pm. We, our tour operator partners and other service providers maintain and update the facilities on this site. All holidays, flights and discounts displayed depend on availability and certain terms and conditions. We do all we can to make sure that all details are correct when we enter them on this site. However, we are not responsible for any incorrect information featured. If you need any more details on our terms and conditions, please speak to a member of staff.

Please note the late deal prices are
supplied direct to this website by various Tour Operators. We are not
responsible for any incorrect information featured and all offers are subject
to availability. Prices shown are for guidance only and in some cases prices
may be based on a Flydrive or a 1 night explorer package, this will be advised
at the time of enquiry. Prices are displayed in columns under headers featuring
2 different accommodation ratings e.g. RO/SC or 1* / 2* which indicates that
the accommodation will be either Room Only or Self Catering or a 1*or 2* rated
accommodation. Accommodation ratings & board will be confirmed by a
consultant at the time of enquiry.
1/2* = 1 to 2 star accommodation
2/3*
= 2 to 3 star accommodation
3/4* = 3 to 4 star accommodation
SC/RO = Self

The above guide prices are shown per person
based on maximum occupancy. There may be additional charges for:- accommodation
under occupancy / ticket on departure charge / resort transfers / in-flight
meals / pre-bookable seats / taxes and security charges. Full costing will be
confirmed by our helpful reservations staff at the time of booking.
Overseas Terms & Conditions
Low deposits and cash
discounts apply to selected tour operators' overseas holidays and charter
flights with a minimum spend.
Low Deposit
When you book your holiday, we will tell you
the current low-deposit amount for the season you are travelling, and the date
your deposit is due. You must pay your deposit by this date, or with the
balance 12 weeks before your departure date, whichever is sooner. If you cancel
your holiday you must pay the deposit in full.
Price Beater Conditions
The Price Beater offer will
apply if you find exactly the same holiday (exc cruise or flights) with the
same operator and booking conditions, cheaper from another high-street ABTA
travel agent. You must find the cheaper holiday, cruise or flight on the same
trading day as receiving a written estimate from us. Under the Price Beater
offer, we will offer you your holiday for £1 less than the cheaper price you
have found. The Price Beater offer applies to the basic brochure holiday not
including insurance. It does not apply to scheduled flight bookings. You cannot
use this offer with any other offer or promotional scheme we run, other than
our summer and winter low deposit schemes. We may need to see reasonable proof
that the cheaper holiday, cruise flight or ferry is available (for example, a
quotation slip) before the Price Beater offer will apply. The Price Beater
offer does not apply if the tour operator has changed the price of the holiday
between the date you booked your holiday and your departure date. We have the
right to withdraw the Price Beater offer without giving notice.
