Keeping in Touch
We are committed to staying in touch with our community. To help provide the best possible service to the people who live in our neighbourhood, we hold regular Community Outreach 'surgeries' across the area, giving local residents the opportunity to raise queries and ask questions of members of our Community Relations Team.
Our Community Relations team are on hand for face-to-face discussions about issues such as aircraft noise, the Sound Insulation Grant Scheme and Vortex Repair Scheme, our Community Trust Fund, public transport access and our environmental policies.
e-News
We also publish regular e-News throughout the year to keep the local community in touch with the latest developments at the airport. We keep the community aware of temporary operational changes such as runway closures.

Community Review
Our Community Review 2010-2011 summarises how we work with our neighbouring communities and details some of the activities Airport staff have been involved in over the last twelve months. We hope that you will appreciate the wide range of activities we have developed.
Outreach Surgeries
A weekly surgery is held every Tuesday:
Knutsford Library 9.30am - 12.15pm
Knutsford Library 1.15pm - 5pm
At Knutsford an extended evening session is held on the first Tuesday of every month 12-7pm.
The Community Relations Team has a permanent stand at the library offering a selection of free information about runway operations, night-time noise policy, community schemes and the Community Trust Fund.
