By registering on our site or by using our hotel and flight booking services available through this site you agree that MAPLC will retain copies of the personal information which you provide when registering and that this information will be held by MAPLC and/or organisations who process it on MAPLC's behalf in connection with the flight booking, hotel booking and flight information service.
If you have clicked the box giving your agreement, MAPLC may use the information to supply you with information about MAPLC, its related companies, and their goods and services, and for general statistical purposes. In addition, MAPLC may use the information you provide for both online and offline marketing and promotional purposes. This may be informing you of new routes or developments by e-mail, or by sending you direct mail through the normal post which provides information which may be of interest to you.
When you have registered to use flight and/or hotel bookings, and you have given permission, MAPLC will transfer your data to Telme.com plc and their subsiduary Seaforths Travel Ltd.
Data Usage Consent
When you complete the registration form, you will be asked if you agree to your details being used for the purpose described above, and you will have the opportunity to say no. In addition, you will be asked for your agreement for MAPLC to pass your details onto Telme for the purposes of flight and hotel bookings. You have the opportunity to say no, in which case you will be offered the opportunity by Telme to login to their site as a guest.
