Lost Property

There are Lost Property offices in the arrivals halls of Terminals 1 (which also deals with lost property in Terminal 3) and 2 for any items of property lost or found in any part of the airport buildings.

This service does not handle queries for items left on aircraft. For queries about items lost or left on aircraft, please contact the handling agent for your airline >

Opening times
Monday to Sunday – 8am to 8 pm

A storage and administration charge of £5 is made for retrieval of lost items.

Please note:
Do not leave any baggage unattended at any time when you are at the airport, as it will be removed for security reasons and may be destroyed.
