  • RAMP AGENT -With a range of baggage handling responsibilities, you’ll be one of a team looking after the belongings of millions of people setting off on all kinds of journeys.   • TURN AROUND COORDINATOR -Being at the heart of our operation you will be coordinating all functions to enable a safe, secure and on time departure of the aircraft within a scheduled turn-around time. Whether you’re liaising with the flight crew, preparing flight paperwork or supervising.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT -As the face of Menzies Aviation and the airline you’re representing, you’ll be the sunny start to all sorts of journeys for all kinds of people. Greeting customers from all over the world, you’ll assist and guide them through every step of their journey through the airport.

Ramp Agents receive a minimum of 2 weeks initial training while Customer Service Agents and Turn Around Co-ordinators can expect a minimum of 6 weeks initial training.

Part-time and Full-time Sales Consultants/ Travel Money Advisors

On a daily basis you will buy and sell foreign currency or offer VAT refunds whilst interacting with our customers. You will proactively identify their needs in order to offer a comprehensive range of financial and travel-related products. This is a fantastic role with lots of variety, which will draw on your selling, customer service, communication and numeracy skills.
