Manchester Airport is very keen to communicate with neighbouring communities.
This can involve producing information in advance of any operational changes, data sheets and film clips to explain how we operate, community outreach events and changes to our web pages. We also investigate complaints about aircraft noise and their path.
This video provides you an insight in to the handling of community concerns, queries and complaints by the Manchester Airport Community Relations Team. Persistent complainants record multiple complaints about operations that after investigation are found to not be unusual, we have agreed a policy for handling such complaints with our Consultative Committee. Please keep in touch with us.
